Margi Cortesi is a photographer and visual artist from Estonia, working at the intersection of dance, fashion, and branded content.
I create stylish, movement-driven visuals — from One-Shots to Short Films. My focus is always on visual identity, musicality, and detail. For me, the camera doesn’t just capture movement — it responds to it.
I've collaborated with dancers and artists across Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Frankfurt, Sweden and beyond. These experiences have expanded my vision — both in understanding dance and in shaping my visual language.
Beyond the set, I dance, rewatching 90s classics, and experimenting with new formats. I believe in constant evolution — creatively, emotionally, and personally, that’s what shapes my evolving visual language.
Since 2012, I’ve been telling stories through photography and film — from portraits (family, love stories, lifestyle, studio), weddings and beauty events to fashion editorials, branded content, creative projects and dance filming.
For me, every shoot is a story. I help reveal it stylishly, musically, deeply — and with a strong sense of aesthetics. I pay attention to the atmosphere and identity of each project, respecting its unique visual language. I value musicality, embrace new challenges and love bringing unconventional ideas to life.
